A rare inside look at the "duncification" process performed at this Arcadia, MO. factory. Disgraced humans are fed into the "dunce converter machine" and go through a 3 step process....

Step #1. The necktie is attached. 
Step #2. The breifcase is acquired.
Step #3. The dunce hat is placed. The dunce is then reproduced and shipped via railroad to towns everywhere.
