The Luxor Gets Mined

The Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. was closed due to contamination. After many decades, cigarette smoke tar accumulated in the top floors of the hotel and needed to be removed. The top level of the hotel was sliced off and the tar is being mined by large bulldozers. It is sad to see the idol slot machines, crap table, roulette wheel and VIP entrance. The extracted tar is being used for paints, perfumes, dyes and explosives.
